MEET THE COACH

Ricardo Narcisse is a certified personal trainer, sports nutrition coach, and exercise therapy specialist dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. With 50 plus clients, he specializes in assisting men and women to lose over 20 pounds without sacrificing their favorite foods, offering both one-on-one and group coaching sessions. In addition to his coaching, Ricardo has competed in National Physique Committee (NPC) events. Notably, he participated in the 2024 NPC East Coast Mecca Classic, securing fourth place in both the Men's Classic Physique True Novice and Men's Physique True Novice categories. I made it my desire to become the problem solver for others by helping them with their physical and mental issues via training.
